The Minister of the Ministry of Livestock, Forestry and Range (Federal Government of Somalia), Mr. Hassan Hussein Mohamed, today officially oversaw the handover ceremony between the newly appointed Director General, Dr. Guuleed Abdijalil, and the former Director General, Dr. Mohamed Saney Dalmar.
The handover ceremony, which took place at the Ministry’s headquarters, was attended by the State Minister, the Deputy Minister, department directors, staff members, and other distinguished guests.
The outgoing Director General, Dr. Mohamed Saney Dalmar, spoke about the achievements made during his tenure, while the incoming Director General, Dr. Guuleed Abdijalil, pledged to further strengthen the Ministry’s priority initiatives.
The Deputy Minister, Mr. Aadan Mohamed Ali, and the State Minister, Dr. Suleymaan Ali Hussein, also bid farewell to the outgoing Director General and welcomed the new Director General.
In his closing remarks, the Minister commended the former Director General for his contributions to the development of the Ministry and wished the new Director General success.
